System for Award Management (SAM)

In July 2012, the General Services Administration (GSA) combined the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA) and the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS) into one main contractor database. This database was named System for Award Management (SAM).

You must complete your SAM Registration to work as a federal contractor. Once completed, your SAM Registration will be valid for one year from the date the registration is complete.
